Los Angeles Neighborhood Council The West L.A. Neighborhood Council is your official community voice. The L.A. City Charter requires City departments to work with the Neighborhood Councils. Working together with other community stakeholders, you will have more power to solve local problems that impact our community. The West L.A. NC is a supporter of the West L.A. Farmers Market. Its generous contributions have assisted the market in many ways, including making the free kids table a reality and helping to keep the plaza clean. |
